About the Position

In less than three years, we've profitably scaled HOLY to more than 60M€ in annual revenue. A significant factor in this profitable hypergrowth is our ability to engage and retain our extremely loyal customer base - the HOLY Squad.

Now, we're seeking a CRM Lead to further enhance our customer journey and drive Lifetime Value (LTV). This position offers the unique opportunity to build and lead a dynamic CRM team, reach ambitious performance goals, diversify our reach, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With our rapid growth and vast customer base, the potential for impact and growth in this role is immense!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our CRM efforts by executing our CRM strategy operationally to drive LTV across various markets. This involves the activation of new customers, reactivation of churned ones, and engagement of active customers.
  • Optimize communication through existing channels such as email and WhatsApp. This includes conducting tests to reach our performance goals and tailoring our approach to customers in different markets.
  • Implement new activities such as offline mailings, referral marketing, and lead generation to diversify and strengthen our reach.
  • Build, lead, and develop a lean CRM team. This involves managing the team using goals and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the CMO to implement a robust method for measuring CRM success, analyzing performance, and setting up quarterly OKRs.

About You

  • Analytical Mindset: You demonstrate strong analytical skills, have the ability to scrutinize and enhance CRM activities based on data-driven insights, and can create your own reporting.
  • Pragmatism: You have a proven ability to strike a balance between perfection and 80/20 thinking, ensuring optimal results without unnecessary complexity.
  • Born leader: You have proven your ability to lead small teams, set objectives, and contribute individually.
  • Obsessed with our customers: You have a proven interest in understanding our product and customers, with an ability to cater to customer needs and behaviors.
  • Tech savvy: You have a solid grasp of tools for CRM, reporting, analysis, and testing. Experience with Klaviyo for effective CRM activities is a big plus. Experience with Charles and Klar is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: You are proficient in English and having fluency in German is a big plus.
  • Proactive and independent: You like to be challenged and have a proven ability to be proactive, take ownership, and work independently.
  • True Team Player: You enjoy collaboration and have demonstrated the ability to work as part of a team.
  • You are Flexible: You are willing to work a minimum of 3 days per week onsite from our modern office in Berlin.

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

  1. Getting to know you: We will have a 30-minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview: Meeting Phil, our CMO & Co-Founder to get to know each other.
  3. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study to complete.
  4. On-Site Interview: We will discuss the case study with you and answer questions in a 90-minute session in our office where you will also have the opportunity to meet our team.
  5. Founders Interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with another one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  6. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you! Typically his process should take around 2 weeks.
