Entrepreneur in Residence - Intern (m/w/d)

In Germany alone, up to 460bn liters of drinking water will be lost in the next 20 years, causing damages to 21m buildings of more than €210bn. We are seeking a visionary and driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our international and interdisciplinary team. The EIR will play a pivotal role in ideating, developing, and executing innovative strategies to drive growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to immerse themselves in the startup ecosystem, gain hands-on experience, and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founding team to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess market needs, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for disruption.
• Develop and refine the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives in alignment with market demands and company goals.
• Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and validation of new product/service ideas through rapid prototyping and user testing.
• Drive the development of innovative business models, revenue streams, and go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, investors, and key decision-makers.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to internal teams and stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the company, representing our values, vision, and objectives in various forums and events.
• Continuously evaluate and iterate on strategies based on market feedback, emerging trends, and performance metrics.

• Advanced student of management/business/economics or a related field. The most important thing is that you bring the passion and drive for this role.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and critically to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, disruption, and growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty.
