In Germany alone, up to 460bn liters of drinking water will be lost in the next 20 years, causing damages to 21m buildings of more than €210bn. We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Entrepreneur in Residence. You should have a passion for tech startups and innovative business models. Most importantly, you will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch focus when needed.

• You will work directly with the founders' team and drive your own business development projects with an exciting mix of strategic conceptualization and operational execution in diverse business areas such as Marketing, Product, Insurance, Operations, Fundraising or Recruiting
• Support our product launch where needed (testing, copywriting, user feedback)
• You prepare the basis for strategic decision-making by conducting market and competitive analyses, interviewing customers and identifying new growth potential

• A successfully completed degree in the field of business administration, engineering and management or similar (we welcome all disciplines who bring the passion and skills for this role)
• Smart and entrepreneurial mindset – if you’re planning to found a start-up yourself, this is your chance to do a dry run
• The talent to understand complex topics, to bring them to the point and to present them in an understandable and clear way
• An independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working and a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and motivation
• Strong communication skills for close interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams as well as with external stakeholders in German and English
• A positive infectious "get it done" attitude with a clear understanding of priorities
