• You manage, plan and independently execute construction projects of various sizes and always keep an eye on deadlines, quality and budgets
• As the central contact person for clients, architects and contractors, you ensure smooth communication and cooperation
• You will be on the sites to get a picture and understanding of the construction project and monitor the progress of the construction work and in the office to take care of project- related administration and documentation
• You like to solve problems and do not shy away from complex technical issues, but proactively offer solutions
• Through integrated planning and Building Information Modeling (BIM), you and your design team will create more sustainable and better buildings for the future, as well as laboratories with maximum flexibility

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, supply engineering, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar position is a plus, but we also welcome applications from young professionals who are enthusiastic and willing to learn
• You are able to express your ideas and thoughts in a way that is appropriate for the target group, both verbally and in writing, in English and German
• You are transparent, attentive and empathetic towards your team colleagues
