• You plan cooperations, establish close contacts with leading influencers in France and are responsible for maintaining and expanding influencer relations.
• You identify and select suitable influencers who fit our brand
• You are independently responsible for unusual projects (such as the organisation of product co-creations or exclusive events)
• You define and evaluate marketing campaigns based on KPIs and create learnings for yourself and the team
• Together with the team, you will develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns and support the further development of the company

• Degree in marketing, business management or other relevant professional experience
• Experience in marketing communications, campaign development, execution and implementation
• You know the French market well
• You are data-driven, therefore you are confident in choosing the right strategies and channels, and scaling them afterwards
• You are solution-oriented and show a self-reliant way of working
• You have very good communication skills, both written and spoken, in French and English
• Nice to have: you have already gained experience in leading a small team

Our interview process

You can expect the following steps:

• First interview with Kristina from People & Culture (25 min)
• Processing of a case study
• Expert interview + feedback on the case study with the team lead (50 min)
• Getting to know each other in the office
