Aufgaben

Du arbeitest mit dem Top Management und erfolgreichen Gründern unserer Kunden
Eigenverantwortliche Konzipierung/ Organisation von internen Projekten, Workshops, Kick-Offs
Unterstützung bei Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation von (strategischen) IP-Projekten unterschiedlicher Größe und Komplexität mit Hilfe von OKRs
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Unterlagen für das Top Management und Gremien

Qualifikation

Analytische und Problem-Solving Fähigkeiten
Gutes Planungs- und Organisationsvermögen
Grundlegende analytische Fähigkeiten
Proaktive Arbeitsweise
Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Ideenmanagement
Gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
