Influencer marketing is our thing. We see ourselves as the ultimate match-makers: brands tell us who they want and we use our cool-pro-tech-know-how to find them their perfect influencers. Next, we help brands get to know their biggest fans by building and cultivating a brand-owned community. We’re all about making meaningful connections. In 2018 our two founders Marin and Sascha were just two guys sitting in a co-working space working on their startup. Since then we’ve grown to a team of over 35 amazing marketing- and tech-superstars and are working with inspiring partners like Microsoft, Nike, Alpro and many more.

Tasks

Key responsibilities

Sales

Existing Business

  • Relationship building with relevant stakeholders at existing customers
  • Creation of a customer expansion strategy
  • Establishing contacts with other business units and other countries for existing customers
  • Identification of customer demand for new projects
  • Increasing sales and profitability of each customer
  • Definition and execution of strategic projects

Sales documentation and infrastructure

  • Continuous maintenance of the CRM system
  • Pitching new projects or products to customers (e.g. product demos)

Internal alignment

  • Continuous optimization of processes in Sales & Marketing
  • Preparation of internal reporting
  • Identification of customer requirements and communication of these to the Product and Operations departments

Management

  • Management of a Jr. Sales Manager and up to 3 interns in the sales department

Requirements

Your profile

  • You have a strong background in B2B sales in the digital industry (ideally digital marketing)
  • You ideally have a network of marketing managers at potential client companies
  • You are a communication talent, have an authentic appearance paired with curious attitude
  • You take great joy in presenting
  • You have a strong interest in social media
  • You ideally have experience with Hubspot
  • You love new challenges and scenarios
  • You have very good written and spoken communication skills in English (German knowledge is a plus)
