We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Customer and Logistics Planning to serve as a crucial link between customers, distribution centers, and supply sites. This role ensures efficient order management, invoicing, transportation, and compliance to support the timely delivery of products to patients across Europe.  

__Key Responsibilities:__

* Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation.
* Coordinate product transport between manufacturing sites, 3PLs, and customers.
* Handle supplier and tolling fee invoices, price discrepancies, and payment queries.
* Ensure compliance with distribution, regulatory, and financial procedures.
* Collaborate with global and regional supply chain, finance, and quality teams.
* Support product launches, returns, and change control activities.
* Review inventory and logistics performance with third-party partners.
* Maintain accurate SAP data and provide audit documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain within a multinational environment (pharmaceutical or consumer products preferred).
* Strong knowledge of supply chain standards, distribution, and logistics.
* Hands-on experience with SAP and international export/import processes.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to deliver results under pressure while maintaining accuracy
