The main purpose of the role grow sales with extensive customer contact.
Tasks
- Develop and implement Sales initiatives and strategies to target customers for new business development
- Identify and promote products to Industries where dyes and pigments are used. for new business development
- Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve the targeting, exhibition
- Customer site visits to discuss their needs, sales promotion and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them and collect market knowledge
- Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve the targettions, exhibition
and other databases ( Google, magazine, etc)
- To generate leads and close new deals
- Prepare Sales Budget on CRM
- Benchmarking competitors: Analyze and collect competitor information to improve sales strategies.
- Encourage generating new leads through telephone conversations, exhibition llowing internal procedure
- Exhibitions – Participation &/or attendance required
- Diagnose causes of customer complaints, and give solution.
- Follow up critical debtors

- Set target, evaluate and monitor to ensure company targets are met.
- Discuss Price quotations, samples requests, projects utilizing in-house CRM follow internal procedure
Requirements
Sales experience in business-to-business selling
- Fluent in writing and spoken English and local languages
- Extensive customer contact for product promotion.
- Technical and brief application knowledge
- Excellent business relationship management skills, persuading and influencing people to generate and secure higher levels of business.
- build powerful presentations to deliver sales messages and overcome resistance.
- structured powerful persuasive techniques in a patient, calm and effective way
- Use of IT ( SAP, SAGE, Microsoft word, excel, access and Internet)
- Sales experience in business to business selling
