Product Manager

At fxhash, we build tools that allow artists and collectors to live out their passion for generative art. Our platform facilitates an easy and safe space for artists, collectors, and curators to create generative art projects, buy, sell, and collect art — and share their collections with the world.

We are looking for a product manager to help us scale faster, be more efficient at product management and aid the founding team in product decisions.

• Product Definition - Collaborate with teammates to assist in crafting and organizing the product roadmap, develop product requirements that allow us to achieve business objectives through world-class product experiences
• Team Alignment - Throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensure that teammates across Product, Design and Engineering are consistently on the same page, and projects remain on course.
• Being a leader - Work closely with the engineering team to define clear requirements, plan methodically and show leadership to motivate the team. Maintain a strong delivery cadence and ensure we deliver a high-quality product.
• Close collaboration - Work together with the Founder on Product Strategy and Product Roadmap. The goal is for you to get ownership of the product team and lead and hire an exceptional team.
• Build cool shit - We are a 100% product-focused company, wanting to create the best experience for Generative Artists, Collectors and Curators.

• 1 year plus of job experience as a Product Manager
• Previous experience in early-stage startups (Pre-Seed/Seed)
• Understanding of Generative Art, fxhash and our ethos

We have found PMF and need additional help to help build, ship and scale our product faster.
• Currently, we are a fully remote company; that might change in the future, but for now, this is our status quo. We are spread across the globe (mainly Europe/US). Thus we do not have set working hours. We care about outputs, not face time.
