About Forloop
Forloop is Data Science SaaS company based Stockholm and Prague. Founded in 2021, its today used by data teams in Real Estate (to price properties), Logistics (capacity planning) and Retail (adapt to trends).
We look for Financial / Accounting Assistant (Part-time / Student) who likes to take responsibility and get an entry into and further progress on the financial side of startups and SaaS overall.
The office is in Karlin, Prague, but Remote is also possible.
Tasks
The responsibilities involve tasks such as:
- Processing of documents, such as expenses, customer and supplier invoices etc
- Bookkeeping of income and expenses on a monthly basis
- Compile and send in information for VAT reporting, Employee tax etc toward Swedish Taxoffice (Skatteverket)
- Plus: Produce monthly reports on cash flow
- Plus: able to assist in year closure
- Looking forward, this can transition to a Business Controller / Jr. CFO position.
This might only require 10hr / month at first.
Requirements
What we look for:
You have a “can-do attitude”, who has an interest of getting into and understand the financials of a SaaS company. You are one who works with speed and accuracy as well as have respect for deadlines.
- Finished or currently enrolled in a BSc. / MSc. degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent.
- Strong administrative skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Wants to be future CFO in SaaS
Plus:
- Previous experience with Bokio or other accounting software
- Previous experience from bookkeeping or accounting.
