Growth and Demand Manager

Own FocusEconomics’ growth engine. This role is responsible for turning content, campaigns, and website traffic into measurable pipeline and revenue through paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.

The Growth & Demand Manager defines how demand is generated and scaled in a predictable and data-driven way.

Tareas

Paid Acquisition (Google & LinkedIn Ads)

  • Own the strategy, setup, and optimization of Google Search, Display, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Build campaign structures aligned with ICPs, offers, and funnel stages.
  • Continuously test ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Build and manage lifecycle email programs including lead nurturing, product adoption, and re-engagement.
  • Develop segmentation, workflows, and marketing automation logic.
  • Coordinate with the Content Lead to ensure strong campaign messaging.

Website & Landing Pages (CMS / Conversion Focus)

  • Create and manage landing pages within the CMS (structure and layout).
  • Implement forms, tracking, and basic CRO best practices.
  • Ensure ICP pages, product pages, and campaign pages are optimized for conversion.

Metrics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Define and track key marketing KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Run continuous optimization cycles across campaigns and channels (test → learn → scale).

Tech Stack & Integration

  • Manage the marketing tech stack from a growth perspective including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and advertising platforms.
  • Ensure clean handoff of leads and data from Marketing to Sales.

Requisitos

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or content-driven marketing environments.
  • 2+ years leading strategy and execution of growth or marketing initiatives.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads and LinkedIn).
  • Experience building campaigns that generate qualified leads and sales pipeline.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strongly preferred background in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Fluent English required. Spanish is a plus.
