Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) - Remote
Flooz is a culture-first web3 wallet & infrastructure company, and our vision is to provide equal financial opportunities to everyone. Gen-Z “curious” investors use Flooz to discover opportunities, perform due diligence, trade any digital asset, and track their portfolios with real-time data and alerts.
We are looking for an experienced product manager to join us full-time and take ownership of our trading platform. After hitting product-market fit and more than 60k active traders, your mission is to bring the platform to the next level of growth.
Flooz is a fully remote company with 20+ employees located in 14 countries (CET +/- 3hrs). We believe in international, cross-functional team setups and promote regular face-to-face meetings, e.g. in company events or in-person product sprints.
Tasks
- Owning and scaling our trading platform as one of our core products with a user base of 60k active traders
- Setting an inspiring vision, strategy and metrics and aligning this vision with our wallet roadmap, business stakeholders and overall growth KPIs
- Being an expert in knowing who our trading platform users are and what problems we are solving for them
- Understanding the markets and competitors landscape in which we are operating
- Using qualitative and quantitative insights and validating hypotheses with users
- Leading a cross-functional product team in close collaboration with the trading platform tech lead
Requirements
- You have relevant experience as a product manager and are familiar with the Web3 and crypto trading space
- You are experienced in launching features, creating roadmaps and leading a cross-functional team
- You have a good understanding of agile methodologies and steering technical implementation discussions
- You have passion and experience in building, launching, and scaling great products and teams
- You can understand and translate business and user requirements across teams and our leadership team
- You have great communication skills in English
