FenX is a spin-off from ETH Zurich. We tackle the world’s energy and greenhouse gas challenge by disrupting the building insulation market. Based on an innovative foaming technique, we produce high-performance insulation foaming technique, we produce high-performance insulation panels made from abandoned waste materials. Now we are looking for an experienced business developer who can build our sales and business development team.

Tasks

  • Defining and implementing sales processes and longer-term development of a sales organization for FenX
  • Acquire new strategic key accounts and support of customers through the entire acquisition and sales process
  • Acquire and identify new customers and opportunities within the target market to build a solid sales pipeline
  • Increase brand awareness and demand through effective positioning, communication, product training
  • Improve the competitive differentiation of our product
  • Share knowledge of the market with the development team to ensure market-oriented product development

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in selling construction materials.
  • Experience in developing a strategic market entry with a new product into an existing market (product launch)
  • You have an existing network in the construction industry that you can rely on for sales activities
  • Completed technical or business studies
  • You are team-oriented and have the desire to be part of a young and innovative team
  • You enjoy selling a product that is constantly developed further
  • Resilient, well-structured versatile and flexible personality who thinks and adapts quickly
  • Professional appearance: You are reliable and behave professionally
  • You have a hands-on mentality
  • Very good oral and written German skills, good command of English. Fluency in French is an advantage
  • Good PC skills (MS-Office), experience with Salesforce is an advantage
