About us

Did you know that only 15% of startups around the world are created by women? However, to drive innovations, promote economic growth, and achieve peace and humanity, we need more women entrepreneurs and changemakers. Unfortunately, women face many challenges, including limited access to funding, psychological barriers, lack of network and coaching, as well as a struggle to balance work and life. But we want to change this! That's why we created Female Founder Space.

We are a global supportive online community and an expert-driven academy that empowers aspiring and early-stage female entrepreneurs. Female Founder Space is a Berlin-based social business that has been supporting female founders since 2014. Our mission is to empower 30,000 women by 2030.

Be an Entrepreneur at your Own Startup and Work on Your Idea

We are seeking a young entrepreneur with a startup idea in the areas of education, e-learning, community, events, or women's empowerment to participate with our organization in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Program. We offer mentorship and experience to support your entrepreneurial journey, while you can help us prepare our global hybrid event for female entrepreneurs. It's a win-win situation where we both give and take. If you are the right candidate, please contact us as soon as possible!

Duration of the program: 6 months.

• Plan and manage our global hybrid event for female entrepreneurs
• Manage partners, such as sponsors and media partners
• Manage communication with event speakers
• Marketing and social media for online events
• Answer event attendees' queries
• Manage location and catering search
• Support preparation and technical aspects of the hybrid event
• Prepare content and communication related to the event

• Enthusiasm and strong motivation
• Being open-minded and having a positive mindset
• You care what happens in the world, especially issues related to women's empowerment
• You can work focused alone and at the same time you are a good team player
• You love working on a computer from home and have good computer skills
• You enjoy communicating with people online
• You can think independently, bring and implement your new fresh ideas
• You are a quick learner and you love learning new things
• You can think and work creatively
• You have skills in international communication
• Visual and creative skills are a plus
• Good communication and written English skills (working language is English)

As a host organization, we invite you to apply for Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Program and receive a scholarship. You can find all the requirements and scholarship amounts on their official website.
