Junior Sales Specialist - DE (m/f/d)

We are partnering with a global market research and marketing agency, who are looking for a Junior Sales Specialist to join their growing sales team in Germany. The position is based in the German head office in Düsseldorf, it is a permanent, full-time role and offered as hybrid (3 days office/ 2 days home-office).

This entry-level sales role is perfect for an ambitious person looking to advance their career in B2B sales. You will work closely with experienced salespeople and leverage your interpersonal skills to establish new customer contacts, schedule appointments, support the sales process with relevant insights. What you will do:

• Schedule new business appointments through networking and lead sourcing activities (cold calling via email/phone/networking).
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities.
• Monitor and record sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system
• Present to and consult with the client
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
• With time also negotiate and close deals

Your qualifications:

• Ideally University degree in Business or an equivalent education
• Some experience in direct sales B2B
• Ideally experience within either business development, telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation, telemarketing or sales support
• Excellent relationship building skills
• An interest in market research and marketing
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent German and good English
