We are currently seeking an innovative and tech-savvy API Integration Specialist to join our forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will primarily utilize no-code development platforms for delivering customer projects that incorporate AI and NLP functionalities within various solutions and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training sessions for end users to ensure efficient and effective use of AI and NLP-integrated applications in our clients' diverse solutions and platforms' diverse solutions and platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure superior performance, usability, and seamless integration of AI and NLP functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest no-code technologies, tools, and industry best practices, with a specific focus on AI and NLP trends.
• Align no-code development efforts with overall business strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate training sessions for end users to ensure efficient and effective use of AI and NLP-integrated applications in our clients' diverse solutions and platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with no-code development platforms, and AI/NLP technologies.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, database design, and application usability.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Native or high-level proficiency in Swiss-German/German and English is a must.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
