As Conversational Design Expert you will:

  • Evaluate client requirements
  • Create process flows from client briefing
  • Analyse and structure linguistic data
  • Manage and translate content
  • Create AI-knowledge bases for our bots without coding
  • Provide error and solution analyses ensuring that high accuracy is met
  • Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders within the company and with external partners
  • Work collaboratively with other data teams to identify and refine key data science problems and challenges
  • Other random stuff that gets thrown at you in real start-up-manner.


  • Native language skills in German (preferably Swiss-German) and proficiency in English. Any other European language is a plus
  • Strong analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail in terms of grammar, linguistics and ensuring good data quality
  • Personable with internal and external stakeholders alike
  • Curiosity and ability to learn about and work with new topics
