Test Engineer - Manual & Automation

At Enterprise Bot, we create AI-powered bots to automate customer interactions and provide enterprises with a readily accessible digital agent to improve customer experience and create operational efficiency. We focus on several languages such as English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.

We have been accelerated by Startupbootcamp London and F10 Zurich in the past and are currently situated in the Generali Innovation Garage in Adliswil, Switzerland.

Our suite of products include AI-chatbots (mainly for sales and customer service), email triage bots and an AI scheduling assistant. Our current esteemed clients include among others AfterPay, SIX Group, Generali Switzerland, Lings, SBB, HWZ, PwC Switzerland, Swica, GoAhead Group, LNER.

The candidates should:

• Participates in reviews of automated and manual tests and has the drive to enhance automation coverage thereby minimizing manual testing.
• Assists team members in troubleshooting the root cause of complex customer issues and implementation-related issues.
• Contribute to System test methodologies, test plans, and highly effective test automation by creating and executing automated system tests as needed
• Have extensive experience with all phases of software testing including test planning, functional testing, manual and automation (Selenium) testing

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with manual testing, automated testing tools (Selenium)
• Strong experience in test plans and test cases
• Excellent understanding in SDLC and STLC
• Sound knowledge on SQL queries
• Experience in bug management tools like JIRA
• Experience working in agile/scrum development process
• Experience in Robot framework is preferred
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
