Enova Group was created in Geneva and is providing IT services made in Switzerland since 2018. Enova consulting is a company specialized in information technology at first: our activities are focused on the most demanded IT skills but not only. We can create and adapt offers in other technical domains such as engineering or pharmaceutical, but overall, we are able to provide artificial intelligence or data science and engineering services with Enova Data now.

1. Program Management Support: Assist in the management and oversight of two key programs:
2. Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including providing updates and addressing concerns.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards to track progress and performance.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, and work on mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program execution.
6. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the programs.

1. Experience: Previous experience in program management or PMO support, particularly in IT projects.
2. Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems and export sales processes.
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities, given the temporary nature of the position.
6. Proactivity: Proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative in project activities.
7. Languages: Excellent French, English is recommended
