The opportunity
As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for a company or product. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Growth and work closely with the Product Team to identify opportunities and develop tactics that improve user experience and drive business growth. You will be results-driven, and constantly seeking new and innovative ways to scale and optimize the growth of a business.
We’re currently scaling the team and hiring talent to grow faster. In that context, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying growth opportunities: Conducting market research and user surveys to identify opportunities for growth, including new user acquisition channels, engagement tactics, and retention strategies.
- Developing growth strategies: Developing and executing growth strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, leveraging a variety of tactics such as SEO, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Analyzing data: Collecting and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously innovate and experiment: you will Identify new opportunities and test new ways in a continuous manner. Always testing new campaigns, channels, product features, and conducting A/B testing to determine which strategies are working and which are not.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working with product and engineering teams to increase engagement and retention rates.
- Keep an eye on the competition and industry trends: Staying current with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Communicating with stakeholders and leadership: you will be responsible for communicating progress and results to stakeholders and leadership, making recommendations for future growth initiatives and aligning them with company goals.

For this exciting role, we’re looking for a driven marketing professional with a strong track record in a variety of marketing & content domains, and demonstrating:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or in a similar role, in B2B marketing;
- English proficiency and experience working in a multinational environment;
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical skills: good understanding of marketing and data analysis tools, some experience with web development, coding and an understanding of website optimization, plus website A/B tests.
- Marketing experience: good understanding of marketing concepts, especially customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
- Creative: out-of-the-box thinker, need to be able to come up with creative solutions to growth problems.
- Flexible and willing to experiment: need to be comfortable with testing new ideas, have an understanding of the importance of experimentation and making adjustments as needed.
- Comfort with ambiguity and agility: you will operate in uncertain and rapidly changing environments and be adaptable to change.
- Solutions-oriented and organised team player;
- Attention to detail: knowing that the devil is in the details, and having a talent for spotting flaws if there are any;
- Proactive and ready to share ideas to improve our performance.
Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent workplace expertise in content management working for leading tech players.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing for B2B company.
- Fluent in English + any additional european language will be an advantage.
