For that, we want to partner with a local entrepreneur who would take on the business development part, while all fulfillment and customer success will be executed by the existing team.

• Building relationships with startups who need support in their engineering efforts
• Managing those relationships and winning projects for the agency
• Coordinating with the project manager to always be informed about capacities for new client projects

• Entrepreneurial spirit and easy to work with
• Sales experience, ideally in some kind of client services/agency
• Knowledge about the tech-industry
