Your challenge

• You learn how to convince Greek-speaking farmers of our machinery and service offers by phone
• You will experience the entire process from the first contact, machinery search, and offer preparation to contract conclusion, with permanent support from our Head of Sales
• You will learn how to grow your own customer base, build up your own network, and expand it continuously
• You can use new ways of approaching new potential customers
• You will learn from your colleagues how to offer your customers customized products and solutions to gain a competitive edge over standard market offers
• You contribute respectively towards achieving our ambitious revenue growth targets
• You are part of a well-established market, and you are willing to bring it in collaboration with your colleagues to the next level

Your profile

• You are highly motivated, work independently and have the desire to develop yourself further
• You are a great organizer with a hands-on mentality
• You are constantly looking for new challenges, but you also have no problem with doing administration work
• You have strong communication skills and are creative
• Customer focus: You love building relationships and widening your network
• Greek, at native-speaker level, and solid English language skills for team communication
• A positive attitude: You prefer to look for solutions rather than clinging to problems
• A willingness to work in a team and solve challenges together
• As a plus: First experience in the field of agricultural engineering, automobiles, or similar industries
