You will be an extension of the founding team and as entrepreneurial as we are. As the right hand of our CEO, you’ll support the executive team in day-to-day operations and be the sparring partner for strategic decisions. • Manage the day-to-day operations, ranging from strategic product and sales projects to finance and hiring
• Support strategic decision-making amidst uncertainty, perform key analytical assessments to drive decision making
• Help translate strategy into execution. Guide the goal-setting process and drive key KPIs across the business cross-functionally.
• Help us communicate the vision - Preparing presentations for board meetings, grants, customers etc.
• Cross-functional integration - Gather and bring feedback to the founders and directly communicate with stakeholders

Your profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong strategic planning and operational management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity
• Skilled with Excel and Powerpoint
• You are proactive and get things done
• With excellent time management and organizational skills, you can manage multiple projects and adapt to changing plans quickly

Nice to have:

• 2+ years' experience in fast-paced working environments incl. but not limited to High-Growth Start-ups, Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital
• Previous experience working within Climate-Tech or related industry or passion for the industry regardless of experience
• Leadership and management experience of any kind
• Technical understanding/passion for cleantech innovation and future energy transition markets
• Good financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
