You are an extension of the founding team and as entrepreneurial as we are. As the right hand of our CEO, you support the executive team in day-to-day operations and will be the sparring partner for strategic decisions. You want to start a business yourself, enter the VC world or simply join our fight against climate change, this is the perfect role for you.

• Manage the day-to-day operations ranging from product and sales to finance and hiring
• Support strategic decision-making under uncertainty, perform techno-economic analysis
• Reporting on KPIs and preparing presentations for board meetings, grants, customers etc.
• Channel feedback to the founders and directly communicate with stakeholders

Your profile:

• Strong academic credentials in any subject
• Very good time management and organizational skills
• Skilled with Excel and Powerpoint
• You are proactive and get things done
• Good command of English and German (at least B2)

Nice to have:

• 2+ years' experience in fast-paced working environments incl. but not limited to Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital
• Previous experience in a similar role in a high-growth start-up
• Leadership experience of any kind
• Technical understanding of clean tech innovation and future energy transition markets
