With customers located in 15 countries, Droppery offers a droppshipping SaaS solution to make every supply chain more efficient and scalable.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager intern who wants to learn how you can turn our merchants into our biggest ambassadors. You’ll be able to build strong relationships with our customers.

• Support and collaborate with the Sales team.
• Focus on building trust with our customers.
• Help on strategies, onboarding flows and marketing activities.
• Collaborating interdepartmentally - to add value to each step of the customer journey.
• Collecting feedback and sharing it with our product teams.
• Attend customer calls to capture notes on customer feedback, action items and next steps

What are we looking for?

You will start from August (or September) 2022 for a full-time internship of 5 or 6 months.

• You are following a course in Marketing/Communication/Business or a related field.
• You speak fluently Dutch (Benelux region) or;
• You speak fluently German (DACH region)
• You have a passion for people
• You are motivated, proactive and independent.
• You must be registered at a school/university for the entire internship period.

Nice to haves:

You speak several languages.

• Experience in the SaaS Cloud industry, online platforms, technology and internet is a plus.
