HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

Strengths

You have a good chance of scoring a “3-pointer” if you:

• Are self-structured and able to work independently.
• Have several years of professional experience as a People Partner or Personalreferent, especiall in the German law
• Have experience with stakeholder groups.
• Have experience with HR software (no matter if it is Workday or any other tool).
• Are not shy about asking questions.
• Thrive in a dynamic and adaptable environment.
• Feel responsible for ensuring regular and accurate communication (verbal and written) with relevant parts of the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function.
• Are proficient in information technology, including Microsoft Office.
• Are proficient in English and goond in the German languange.
• Can work conscientiously both in a team and independently.
• Preferably have a degree in economics, psychology, or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
• Have experience in sensitive human resources matters, including challenging personnel decisions.

This position is for 18 months as a maternity replacement.
