As a Senior Web Analyst Performance & Digital Marketing and E-Commerce (m/f/d), you will be responsible for understanding and utilizing all tools that are used within our various Marketing departments such as Webtracking, Marketing attribution, CRM, and advertising platforms to analyze, and optimize our performance across Web & App Platforms.
You will work closely with specialist marketing teams to understand their analysis and reporting needs, translate them into technical tracking requirements and build engaging decision reporting to provide actionable insights.
Tasks
- Work closely with our marketing teams to understand business and reporting needs
- Build engaging decision reportings that provides actionable insights to take better funded decisions
- Undertake deep-dive analysis to uncover and understand customer trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in our data that will help us boost our marketing efficiency
- Translate marketing needs into technical tracking requirements; work closely with our IT to improve our tracking landscape, ensuring high tracking availability across all platforms and marketing channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and performance tracking, so we ensure a high level of data quality
- As part of the Marketing Intelligence team, you are the driver of data-supported decisions in the marketing organization and train users in the use of web analytics tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business informatics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience (+3 years) as a Data OR Web/App Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing tools such as Emarsys, Meta and Google Ads
- Ability to translate marketing analysis and reporting needs into technical tracking requirements
- Understanding of recent and future development in user tracking and effects on digital marketing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to effectively communicate complex analysis and insights to non-technical stakeholders
