Now we are looking for a motivated and driven Senior IT Manager to join our IT Team. This is an important role at dentolo as we expand our offerings and capabilities, redefine our tech stack and continuously optimize for maximum growth, scalability and efficiency.

Your role in a team:

• Overseeing IT Workplace, with a focus on managing and resolving complex 1st and 2nd level service/support requests.
• Leading efforts to drive automation and continuous improvement of IT processes, including the implementation of new workflows.
• Managing incident and service management processes to minimize disruption and ensure smooth IT operations.
• Developing, delivering, and managing training programs and educational materials to enhance employees’ IT proficiency.
• Contributing to and managing IT projects aimed at further improving employee enablement and overall IT infrastructure.

What you need to have to be successful:

• Hands-on experience in IT operations, particularly within workplace IT. This includes managing end-user devices, IT service desks, and infrastructure support.
• Demonstrated experience in streamlining IT processes and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads. Experience with service management tools like Jira Service Management or automation platforms is crucial.
• A solid background in managing IT incidents and service requests, maintaining high service levels, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Familiarity with ITSM (IT Service Management) tools, such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow, is highly desirable.

• Experience in leading IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.

• Strong expertise with Atlassian tools (Jira Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie), Google Workspace, Slack, Okta (or similar), and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems such as Jamf, Kandji, and Intune.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and prevent future IT issues before they arise.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, ensuring smooth IT operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• You are fluent in both German and English

Would be beneficial:

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, N8N, and Make to drive process efficiencies.
• French language skills
