Become a key member of our marketing and growth team - with a focus on all things Conversion Rate Optimization. Your knowledge of CRO and growth strategies will make you the perfect bridge between marketing and product. Dabble in a wide range of projects and support us in growing the most customer-centric insurance verticals.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Experimentation Strategy: Work closely with the CRO Lead and marketing team to align on strategies and goals, own funnel conversion rates and develop optimisation strategies, including the A/B testing and conversion funnel research process.
  • Analytics and User Journey Optimization: Be on top of conversion funnel performance, revise and optimize the customer journey by bringing data-driven insights and results to enable cross-functional collaboration on solution ideation and implementation.
  • Expert Knowledge: Leverage your CRO expertise, data insights and user research findings to proactively present results and learnings, educate the company to have an optimisation mindset and to find solutions for the right problems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be a strategic partner and work closely with a myriad of teams from ux research & design, content, product, analytics and paid performance. Ensure optimisation projects and ways of working are well-defined and documented.

What you need to be successful:

  • You have min. 2 years of experience in CRO.
  • You are an excellent project manager, capable of navigating complex issues with various stakeholders.
  • You have experience with an A/B testing tool (Optimizely is a plus).
  • You have strong quantitative/analytical research skills, capable of independently analyzing data and driving optimization strategies.
  • You speak fluent English (native German is a big plus, we would also appreciate receiving a CV in English)

Nice to have (but not a must):

  • You have a basic understanding of UX principles and psychological concepts beneficial for enhancing user experiences and conversion rates in a B2C.
  • You have an understanding of tracking mechanisms and how to leverage them for better insights, including user segmentation strategies to optimize for different user groups.
  • You are familiar with tools like Hotjar or similar tools to gather and analyze quantitative data directly from users.
