Our client has already established a strong position in the French market. To expand further, our client is hiring the Country Manager France (m/f/d)
Aufgaben
- Leading the sales team consisting of six people for the French market
- Key account management for the development of the brands in the retail landscape
- Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to improve the market penetration
- Market analysis and identification of growth potential.
- Collaboration with the HQ in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives
- Contributing to the optimization of the brand websites together with the marketing team from Germany to acquire B2C customers
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in sales and marketing of high-quality consumer good with a strong focus on brands
- Experience as a teamleader, preferably in leading a sales team
- Excellent knowledge of the French retail
- Strong sales skills and goal orientation
- Fluent knowledge of French and English, any other additional language is a plus
- Ideally residing in the Paris region
- Passion for high-quality products, design and the ability to inspire people
