Decentriq is seeking an experienced hands-on Content (Marketing) Manager (B2B) to drive and execute our content strategy with a focus on lead generation and nurturing, in order to build our brand in Europe and globally. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can develop and execute content end-to-end: from ideation to writing, editing and distributing the content across online and offline platforms and managing stakeholders.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for Decentriq’s content strategy and tone of voice in different industries
  • You manage our content calendar over all channels and create creative content campaigns
  • You plan, coordinate, create and distribute all content with a focus on B2B lead generation and nurturing (social, blog, whitepaper, newsletter, webinar, guides, press releases, magazine articles, interviews etc.)
  • You develop projects to increase visibility, traffic and conversion rate (CRO) along the customer journey and optimize the content and our page for SEO
  • You coordinate internal and external stakeholders like agencies or customers when developing success stories or press relations and support the team with copywriting and proofreading
  • You manage our social media channels Linkedin and Twitter and support with press relations
  • You identify trends and come up with new ideas for our B2B lead generation
  • You track and analyze the right KPIs and create meaningful reports to better understand the behavior of our customers and followers and identify optimization potentials
  • You automate content processes when needed
  • Keyword research, analysis, competition observation and monitoring round off your tasks in the project

Requirements

  • 4+ years of content management and creation experience in B2B
  • Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • You have experience in building up thought leadership and content that gives value to different target groups in each stage of the customer journey
  • You craft clean and thoughtful copy and you are able to quickly grasp complex concepts and express them clearly
  • You worked with marketing automation systems and CMS, like hubspot, ghost and webflow
  • You are proficient in copy best practices across marketing, social, video, email, and web copy
  • You have knowledge of SEO
  • You are organized, a self-starter and highly collaborative
  • You have a hands-on mentality and pay close attention to detail.
  • You have native-level English speaking and writing abilities.

A plus (not a must)

  • PR experience
  • Fluent in German or any other European language
  • Experience writing B2B content for one of the following industries: data collaboration, data privacy, media & advertising, retail media, healthcare, financial services
  • Saas industry experience
  • You have managed content for different markets and helped to develop market entries from a content side
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English or any relevant copywriting-related field or a similar education

Location information

You can work from our offices in Berlin, Barcelona or Zurich or fully remote. This means you can work from anywhere based within Europe +/-2hrs CET.
