Event Team Lead (Full-time, Austria)

The Event Team Lead role oversees the planning and execution of all company events, ensuring they align with brand objectives and deliver exceptional experiences. This role, reporting to the CMO, manages event budgets, logistics, and cross-functional coordination with a hands on mentality.

• Develop strategic plans for corporate events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event execution.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and experiences.
• Lead post-event evaluations and implement improvements.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Stay informed about industry trends to innovate event offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

We are looking for a dedicated colleague for a long-term position. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience. Salary is determined individually according to qualifications and professional experience, but includes a minimum wage according to the IT collective agreement (€ 2,473.00 gross for 38.5 hours/week).
