The role: As our Account Manager , you will oversee a designated Client portfolio, serving as the primary commercial point of contact for our clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring their success on our global marketplace by facilitating regular transactions on the platform. We are looking for someone who is proactive, independent, and organized, capable of maintaining positive and professional relationships with all clients. As an Account Manager, you should be fearless in your approach, ready to actively engage in daily calls with a clear drive to make clients successful and provide unwavering support.

Location:
This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in São Paulo. The working hours for this role will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (São Paulo time) to align with U.S. market hours. Please note that the position is offered under a freelance agreement

Fluent in English with excellent communication (French a plus)
