As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Consultport, you’ll be responsible for one of the key drivers of our company’s success – identifying and recruiting great talent to join our team.

Tasks

Attract top talents to Consultport

  • Partner with the Managing Director to develop and fine-tune an efficient sourcing strategy designed to attract 1. top talents and create a stable pipeline of high quality candidates as well as 2. the best consultants on the market to support the company’s growth in Europe
    Activate your own professional network, connect with talent and effectively lead them throughout the recruiting funnel until negotiation and contract closing

Systematize and optimize our processes

  • Track, measure, and analyze our hiring process, using data to make decisions and optimize hiring processes as we grow our operations
  • Provide insight and data regarding wage and salary trends and market dynamics, distribute metrics and provide performance reporting to enable us to remain ahead of competition

Strategic leadership

  • Lead and train a team to deliver on the highest standards of operational efficiency, share best practices and recruitment strategies to provide an ideal candidate experience at all times
  • Further Consultport’s Employer Branding Strategy and serve as the company’s ambassador towards our HR partners and for instance at networking events
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws

Requirements

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in recruiting (min. 3 years, preferably at a headhunting consulting firm) enables you to quickly understand our needs and take our hiring efforts to the next level
  • You have a proven track record of placing top profiles across the business, end-to-end, and ideally up to and including Head of/Director/VP level
  • You have successfully managed, developed, and scaled teams (min.of 1 year) during a time of rapid growth
  • You draw on considerable hands-on sourcing and interviewing experience and are keen to pass your skills and knowledge to other talented recruiting professionals
  • You possess exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, paired with a high level of empathy and drive that enables you to achieve the best results possible within a defined time frame
  • You’re known for your excellent communication and relationship-building skills, which has helped you establish a sizeable network.
  • Due to your passion for recruiting and your insatiable curiosity, you always stay on top of innovative solutions, and love breaking new ground in the world of talent acquisition
  • You’re very analytical and numbers-driven and prefer to argue on the basis of data rather than opinions
  • Fluent Business German and English, both oral and written
