Tasks

How you create impact at CONROO?

  • Manage and scale the day-to-day support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Implement and optimize support tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance our newly established support and success processes. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, incorporate industry best practices, and implement initiatives that enhance overall customer experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering insights and feedback to inform product development and business strategies. Advocate for customer needs and ensure they are considered in decision-making processes.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all customers and clients post-implementation, addressing their needs, resolving any issues, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Requirements

What you need to succeed?

  • Fluent German language skills are a prerequisite for this position, as it involves engaging with German partners and customers, and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in German is essential to excel in this role.
  • 3+ years in customer support and success roles
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities and customer-centric mindset
  • Experience in scaling support and success teams in startups
  • Proficiency in support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
  • A “never-stop-learning” attitude and a desire to learn and grow
