Senior Customer Success Manager

Berlin, Germany (hybrid)
60.000 € to 80.000 € / year

We are an early-stage startup building an e-commerce platform that empowers enterprise brands to dramatically improve D2C performance. Our platform enables creating contextual mini-stores tailored for all marketing channels. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the trusted advisor for our enterprise brands as they adopt our platform to create micro-stores for their social and influencer campaigns. You will partner closely with marketing teams to ensure they are leveraging our platform effectively to keep audiences in-context instead of sending them to generic ecommerce sites.



  • Onboard new enterprise brands and consult on best practices for utilizing our platform to generate micro-stores for their social ad and influencer campaigns
  • Analyze performance data to provide strategic recommendations on how brands can optimize micro-stores to boost engagement and conversions
  • Partner with brands to align on quarterly goals for micro-store adoption across meta, facebook, influencers, and other channels
  • Identify opportunities for additional use cases and expansion within brands for our platform roadmap
  • Champion our solution within brands to build advocacy and loyalty.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our platform, the social/influencer commerce landscape, and emerging best practices



  • 5+ years in customer success, account management or consulting serving enterprise brands
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies for D2C, social commerce, and influencer marketing
  • Experience driving adoption, engagement and expansion of SaaS platforms
  • Strong consultative skills and comfort working closely with marketing leaders
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Diligent and structured approach to account management
  • Passionate about our mission of revolutionizing social commerce for brands
