To help us promote our cause, we are looking for a Paid Social Marketing Manager to join our Performance Team, which is responsible for the conception, planning, and execution of paid marketing campaigns across 6+ channels, as well as data analytics and reporting, SEO and CRO.

Mission

Your mission at CareerFoundry is to help prospective career changers find their way to CareerFoundry. As an expert in Paid Social, you will be responsible for expanding and improving Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns while maintaining a coherent, dynamic user experience throughout the customer journey and across the channels. You will work with the wider Performance Team, as well as the Creative, Video and Editorial Teams, to drive creative iteration through cyclical and continuous research, testing, and reporting, building out our knowledge base of user research as you do so.

Tasks

  • Improve existing Facebook/Instagram ads accounts by developing campaign structure, targeting, messaging and creatives that reflect the marketing funnel, from awareness to purchase.
  • Scale paid social marketing campaign spend, reach and quality while achieving efficiency goals. Work with stakeholders on strategic attribution and reattribution of the budget.
  • Establish a process of continuous optimization through a/b testing creatives, messaging, and the targeting mix.
  • Work with the Creative and Editorial Teams to commission and brainstorm visual assets and ad copy.
  • Continue improving tracking and reporting for the Paid Social channels.
  • Contribute to overall paid channel performance by sharing what’s working across our other performance channels, participating and running workshops to exchange knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing Facebook/Instagram ads (expertise in other channels is a plus
  • You are a user-centric marketer that puts users before metrics
  • Great analytical skills and experience in gathering and interpreting marketing data
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is nice to have)
  • You are self-motivated and eager to learn and improve
  • You speak English fluently
