IN A NUTSHELL
As our Influencer Marketing Manager (f/m/x) for France you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition in the French market. This role requires a creative thinker who is also data-driven, capable of managing relationships with influencers, and possesses a deep understanding of the French social media landscape.
- Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard French influencers who align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of campaign goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, and PR, to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage influencer content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes in influencer marketing best practices in France.
- Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and compensation within the allocated budget.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that influencer content aligns with the company's values and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing in the French market.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch, and their respective influencer ecosystems.
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong network of contacts within the French influencer community.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging campaign concepts.
- Proficiency in social media management and tracking tools.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
