We are looking for a Post-Booking Agent to join our dynamic team! If you have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a structured workflow, this role is for you.

• Communicate with clients over the phone and email, ensuring a smooth experience after booking.
• Manage post-booking situations, resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
• Follow company workflows and guidelines as outlined by the manager.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with charter partners and internal teams to provide seamless customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (work language).
• Any additional language is a bonus (German, Italian, Spanish, etc.).
• Comfortable handling client interactions over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving and resolution management abilities.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in customer service, travel, or charter industries is a plus.
• Based in Athens, Greece.
