As a Telesales & Customer Success Representative in our Athens office, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, guiding clients on unforgettable boating holidays while helping us make waves in the industry. Tasks
- Identify and Understand Customer Needs: Assist clients throughout the boat reservation process for their sailing holiday, ensuring all requirements are met for a seamless booking experience.
- Manage Client Portfolios: Maintain and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and satisfaction.
- Prioritize and Strategize Daily Work: Effectively plan and prioritize tasks to meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs.
- Client Communication: Professionally engage with clients via email and phone, providing excellent service, information, and solutions to their queries and needs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth handovers of bookings, share feedback, solve challenges, and contribute to team development.
- Close Sales Leads: Convert online leads into bookings, ensuring that both personal and team sales targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Language proficiency in either Italian or Dutch at a Native level; Fluency in English language at a conversational level (any extra language is a plus).
- Confident and personable: You have a natural ability to build rapport with clients and make meaningful connections.
- Creative problem-solver: You’re solution-oriented and able to think on your feet to meet client needs.
- Strong organizational skills: You can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled negotiator: You excel in negotiation, enjoying the challenge of closing deals while creating value for clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive: You have a passion for driving online bookings and taking full ownership of your work.
- Results-driven: You are highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
