Your role involves aiding small and medium-sized enterprises with tailor-made strategies through dynamic support via email, phone, and chat. **Your responsibilities and impact as a Social Media B2B sales representative will be:**

*   Advising and guiding small and medium-sized businesses to nurture their growth through email, phone, and chat support
*   Supporting and expanding services for clients.
*   Acquiring new advertisers within medium- and small-sized companies
*   Providing pre- and after-sales support for all self-services
*   Offering assistance regarding tools, products, and strategies
*   Identifying trends and conveying customer feedback to engineering departments

## Requirements

**Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:**

*   You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (at least B2-C1)
*   Sales are in your blood, or you have already experienced success in sales
*   Your communication skills are impactful and persuasive
*   You are passionate about social media and poised to translate that passion into results
*   Your motivation, reliability, and dedication set you apart
*   You are driven to achieve nothing short of excellence and exude professionalism

**What’s in it for you?**

*   Type of contract: A long-term contract with yearly reewal possibilities and potential for advancement based on performance
*   Paid training to prepare you for your new career
*   Flexible working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, running from 7 AM to 9 PM

**Salary conditions\* – 2 options:**

*   Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
*   Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month You'll also receive private health insurance from the start of your contract, in addition to standard insurance

\*Approx. 20-25% tax – feel free to compare this with the cost of living in Lisbon compared to wages in other EU countries.

**Relocation support for international candidates:**

*   Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
*   Airport pickup
*   Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU
*   We're here to assist with paperwork, opening a bank account, and more upon your arrival
*   Within the company, you'll find comprehensive support and an aim to make your experience exceptional
