We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our pharmacy project team in Porto. In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, manage orders, and provide detailed information about our pharmaceutical products and services. What’s in it for you?
Monday to Sunday, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule (8:00-20:00)
Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Excluding accommodation: 2.586€ gross/month(*) Compensation during the training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
