BLUE Communications are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital team due to a period of growth.
A Junior Digital Marketing Manager at BLUE, is responsible for the day-to-day deliverables for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients.
You will work closely with our clients,account teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that digital marketing strategies align with wider communications and overarching business objectives and are implemented to a high standard.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
• Become the established main point of contact for digital marketing clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage multiple projects of varying scope and size, utilising your experience and intuition to prioritise effectively.
• Translate agreed digital marketing strategies and programmes into effective tactical implementation that meets and exceeds client expectations
• Monitor the delivery of activity against agreed programme KPIs and staff resource
• Combine digital marketing skills and creativity with knowledge of the client and industry to identify digital marketing tactics, target audiences and keywords that deliver against each programme’s communications objectives
• Mentor digital marketing executives, motivate them to deliver excellent results, and help them to realise their full potential as digital marketing professionals and members of the BLUE team.
