The construction industry needs your help: we need to invent new software systems to make construction become as efficient, error-free, and sustainable as possible. At Benetics, we aim to support everyone involved in the construction process with technology that makes them better at their job.

We’re starting by providing construction workers with an app that lets them focus on their craft without thinking too much about administrative work, language barriers, or communication gaps. Construction workers are the foundation of the construction industry - without them, nothing gets built.

Our vision is to gradually extend Benetics’ value to other participants in the construction industry. One day, we will have every single phase and every single stakeholder covered. The more happens through Benetics, the better features and functionalities we can create for each user.


  • Define and build optimal marketing channels and mechanisms to promote Benetics.
  • Track and analyze our marketing efforts to continuously improve our strategies.
  • Closely collaborate with our product designer, product manager, and management to create a coherent positioning that resonates with the target audience and differentiates Benetics in the market.
  • Hands-on content creation like blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and marketing videos.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new features and new markets.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to learn from the market and adapt our collaterals to our prospects and customers’ needs.
  • Build relationships with customers and users to develop case studies, testimonials, and user-generated content that highlights their success stories with Benetics.


  • [preferred] 3+ years of people management experience
  • +4 years of experience in marketing roles (ideally also in Start-Ups)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Outstanding narrative and storytelling skills
  • A track record for leading marketing efforts end to end
  • Hands-on experience managing day-to-day marketing and product marketing tasks
  • Experience with B2C or user-oriented B2B products
  • Ability to bring focus and pragmatism to an eager and ambitious team
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to marketing


  • Equity-including compensation package
  • Collaborative work environment with office days from Monday to Thursday (nothing for home-office lovers)
  • Option to work remotely for 5 weeks per year
  • High amount of ownership and autonomy - you will be the only one with Marketing experience
