IT Junior Analyst

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and flexible team player who wants to learn and grow on our Global IT team at an international beverage company with international HQ located in Madrid, Spain.

It`s essential to live in Madrid and have a UE work permit.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the budget of various projects and the other external resources that do not belong to projects (Excel).
• Manage and prepare PPTs, reports, and/or communications. For this task, it is very important to be able to communicate well with the team and coordinate between various teams to get the information and be able to review the content to see if it makes sense, what is missing, etc. (PowerPoint).
• Use SAP to create POs / PRs…. make GRs... register a new supplier... get monthly reports to see how the ceco/project is going... etc... (SAP).
• Handle contracts / annexes and manage the renewal of annexes for external resources.
• Help Project Managers with project management in our project tool for Info in relation to budget, resources, risks, timeline, etc. (Service Now).

• Native or high-level of English (written & spoken).
• Native/near native Spanish.
• Excellent Communicator.
• Organizational champion who is able to prioritize tasks and stay motivated & focused to deliver.
• Detail-oriented and a fast learner.
• Eager and adaptable.
• Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
