Mission and Main Responsibilities

As Senior Business Consultant, you will support customers in the digitalization and optimization of their business processes:

• Lead a functional domain (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Services, Planning): requirements understanding, processes engineering to design and mock-up the solution
• Accompany customer transformation through change management (change impact analysis, training, communication, …)
• Realize roll-out activities
• Accompany or develop junior consultants
• Participate actively to the customer relationship

You will make an important contribution in the project lifecycle, to the analysis, design, and implementation of new business approaches, as well as coordinating between project stakeholders to generate excellent and sustainable results.

In addition, you will contribute internally to the development of the team:

• Contribute to commercial offers
• Participate to recruiting process
• Participate actively to the development of the junior consultants

You will collaborate with colleagues from our global network to provide the best practices and solutions to the customers, continuously developing your own knowledge, as well as that of the firm.

Education & Professional Experiences

• Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business economics or similar paired with a strong track record of additional learning and development activities (certifications, training courses etc.)
• +3 years of IFS experience (project experience, IFS technologies / modules and IFS methodology, such as IFS Scope Tool), integration knowledge
• Business process knowledge in one or several functional domains (Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Project, Manufacturing, Services)
• Fluency in English and German (B2) or French; any further language is considered a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, and to communicate with people at all levels in an organization
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland or abroad; international experience is highly appreciated
