We are batterium based in Stuttgart/Germany. Under one roof, batterium unites diverse brands from the sectors of battery technology and self-sufficient power supply. Since 2011, more than 80 employees have been working every day to offer customers strong and innovative products at a fair price. With the trading platform "autobatterienbilliger", batterium operates one of the largest online stores in this segment.

Does this sound like a job for you?

• You are the first personal contact and the first smile for our customers
• You will answer customer support inquiries (in writing) competently and professionally, e.g. regarding payment, order processing, delivery tracking, returns processing
• You will be responsible for refunds (e.g. cancellations, deposit refunds)
• You will document customer contacts in our CRM-System
• You will advise our customers and search for solutions together with them
• You transform tricky situations into customer satisfaction

• You have some professional experience in customer service and are not afraid to pick up the phone yourself
• You have excellent communication skills, are empathetic and friendly
• You are reliable and enjoy working on your own initiative
• You recognize problems and like to solve them sustainably
• You can work under pressure, handle stress well and want to find a solution to every challenge
• You love and live customer and service orientation
• You are well organized, solution-oriented and a true team player
• You speak fluent German and can also express yourself very well in writing
