Graphic Designer

Since 2011 batterium GmbH is a german online brand incubator in the field of batteries and mobile power supply. In addition to our own shops we are represented on external platforms like Amazon or eBay.

For our team at the office in Belgrade we are now searching for a Designer who is
responsible for all matters concerning visual communication.

• Visual communication of new and existing brands and stores
• Development of creative ideas and design concepts, as well as their implementation for cross-channel experiences and campaigns
• (Further) development of the UI design of our online stores and close collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams
• Creation of wireframes, flowcharts and click dummies (low/high fidelity)
• Development and design of information graphics
• (Further) development of icons, pictograms and illustrations considering the CI of the brands/shops
• (Further) development of design systems
• Implementation and further development of CI guidelines for new and existing brands
• Creation/implementation of social media content and design (graphics, photo, video, animation)
• Creation/optimization of various print products

• Completed graphic or design studies or comparable education including relevant work experience in an agency or a creative department of a company
• Excellent written and spoken German skills are a must
• Experience in the areas of e-commerce, brand building and/or brand communication
• Independent, structured work as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent creation of data-driven analyses and exploratory research to develop a strategic basis for your design
• Team player mentality and strong communication skills
• An eye for aesthetics and design trends that are not ephemeral
• Digital mindset and brand-oriented way of thinking
• Special flair for target group-oriented and human-centered design, social media
  content, creative campaigns and innovative advertising
• Conceptual skills and methodical approach to combine design and strategy
• Assure in using Adobe CC (Xd,Ps, Ai,Id,Ae, Premiere etc.)
• Confident in creating and delivering project presentations (PowerPoint, Google
  Presentation)
• First experience in providing technical guidance to interns and juniors
• Assure in creating various print products and diligence in final artwork
