Our Data team develops the infrastructure to manage the data of our >80 customers and their >100 million users with the corresponding requests per minute (>>100k). The resulting analyses and insights are fed back into development of our product "Speed Kit" in order to constantly improve it. We plan to develop additional (sub)products, such as highly available customer facing dashboards.

To achieve this, we are looking for a new team member in the position as Data Engineer (all genders).

• You will work on the core of our data aggregation pipeline.
• Software development on a distributed system using Java/Kotlin.
• Close collaboration and regular exchange with the other development teams.
• Further development of our platforms for reporting, dashboarding, alerting, including the various APIs and connected systems
• Further development of the internal warehouse tooling
• Interaction with many systems for persistence, analytics, monitoring, cluster orchestration and caching
• Modeling of data
• Development of tools for early detection of potential problems

• Very good Java skills
• Practical experience with AWS and/or cloud managed services
• Independent working style, high level of personal responsibility and structured approach
• We don't care whether you have a degree or are a career changer

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with Kotlin
• Experience with SQL, Apache Flink, Vega
